An awesome Windows 7 tweaking utility with native 64-bit support.
Windows 7 Tweaker is a wonderful, free tool created by some talented developers. Unlike previous tweaking utilities I've tried, this one is completely free and does exactly what it promises. For some reason, a lot of the tweaking tools became available with Windows XP and Windows Vista, there have been fewer for Windows 7, probably because the OS was so great from the get-go.
Windows 7 Tweaker 3.8 contains many features divided up into separate sections.
The main sections include:
- Start Menu & Taskbar: allows you to enable and disable several Windows 7 settings
- System: General system settings such as administrative controls and install/uninstall options and allows you to edit system info like the vendor logo (mine is Sony)
- Login Options
- Windows Utilities: Quick Access to settings which speeds up tasks when compared to browsing the control panel
- Scheduler: Schedule Windows to shutdown (thus saving power)
- Much more!
It's freeware. Give it a try!
Features of Windows Tweaker

Compatibility and License
Windows Tweaker has been released under the open source GPL license on Windows from Windows tweaking software. The license provides the options to freely download, install, run and share this program without any restrictions. The source code for Windows Tweaker should be freely available and modifications are certainly permitted as well as the option to inspect the software.
Is Windows Tweaker for Windows 10 or Windows 11?
Yes. It can run on a PC with Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It comes in both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads.
